Recently bought an airplane through Tsunami Aircraft Sales. I was helped by Jim.
I got the impression that Jim is propably one of the most honest people I have ever dealt with in my life. He is a very fair man. He is also very responsive to calls and never gets tired of frequent questions.
When I arrived to the town where the airplane was hangared, Jim was waiting for me there. He drove three hours to meet me there. The transaction was smooth and surprise-free.
When I arrived to my home airport; Jim gave me a call to make sure I was happy with how the plane performed during the 3 hours trip.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the way Jim handled the process.
